Said no one ever: “I LOVE ACNE!”

I’m haunted by the low quality skin health I suffered from during my teenage years. I coined a term called “hormonal bindi,” which is basically a massive breakout situated right between your eyebrows. I had a series of inflammations next to my nose and my chin. I mean, you get the picture: my T-zone was a battlefield display! It was so bad, anyone could take one look and know that my entire face screamed “SOS.”

For us mere mortals, acne always happens to the best of us. But there are simple steps you can take to prevent acne from forming, and large part of that preventative attempt starts with what you eat. As/Is invites three nutritionists to unveil which foods are guilty of your face’s worst nightmares, and which foods (thank god) don’t.
