Brazilian Sweets: How to Make Delicious Brigadeiros

A brigadeiro is a traditional and extremely popular dessert in Brazil. People compare it to a truffle, others say it’s fudge, but most Brazilians claim it’s neither. They say it’s an entirely unique treat made up of condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter and different toppings. #YUM

Ingredients
- Butter – 1 tablespoon butter (15g)
- Sweetened condensed milk – I can (14 oz)
- Cocoa powder – ¼ cup (30g)
- Toppings: dessicated coconut, sprinkles (flavor of choice), crushed pistachios or halved almonds (?)
