Fans Paid Tribute to Anthony Bourdain for His 63rd Birthday

We’ve all seen snippets of Parts Unknown on TV at some point in our life. A lean man with greying hair and a deep voice sits down on a plastic stool somewhere in Hanoi, unapologetically eating his street food while embracing all of Southeast Asia in one slurp.

This is the Anthony Bourdain we will always remember and continue to love. As we move forward, we cling to all the wonderful things he’s left behind as a gift to the world: his outlook on travel, his way of connecting to people with food, and how he was the hero we all needed in the most unconventional ways.

Here’s to you, Anthony. You would have been 63 this year. Rest in peace.
