October is certainly a jam-packed month filled with themes celebrating breast cancer awareness to Halloween. But more impressively, there’s at least four national awareness days calling people around the world to highlight the importance of our mental wellbeing.

For one, there was National Depression Screening Day (October 10), while Mental Awareness Week has been going on since October 6th and ends October 12. October itself is also recognized as National Bullying Prevention Month and National ADHD Month.

Remember how vital it is to listen, take care, and treasure your body and your mind. If something is not right, talk to someone and ask for help.
