#Undocufest 2019 To Highlight Bay Area Art Scene
Save the Date!
The San Francisco Bay is gearing up for Undocufest 2019. This year’s gathering is hosted by DreamerFund @ El Rio, located in the heart of the Mission District on Saturday, March 9, from 2 PM to 8 PM.
Undocufest is an all-day festival serving as a vehicle for sharing art and culture, as well as raising funds for undocumented law students.
“We are absolutely overjoyed to be able to bring #UndocuFest 2019 to the San Francisco area for a second year in a row”says Founder and Co-Director of the Dreamer Fund, Monica Valencia.
You must be 21+ to attend. Early bird tickets are $5 online, and $15 at the door, but attendees can also donate more to support the cause. No one will be turned away for lack of funds! The Bay Area based non-profit has established a scholarship fund, and 100% of the proceeds from #UndocuFest will go to undocumented law students, to help them with tuition-based, emergency-aid, and the bar exam.
The team behind the scenes providing this fresh platform to raise the awareness of major issues affecting our community are nothing short of stellar. If you would like to be involved you can get in touch with the organizers of the event:
