Friends watching movie and having fun at Christmas eve.

Oh, the Holidays! What a time to relax and reconnect with family. Between the yummy snacks, laughter, and celebrations, you will definitely want the chance to unwind with a great movie. Let us help by giving you a head start in your holiday film selection. When you sit down on the couch with your loved ones to stream, pick one of these fantastic movies.

What holiday movie binge would be complete without the original Home Alone? Dive right into the spirit of the season with this modern classic. You may even pick up some DIY security tips to test out this season!

As a big-time lover of rom-coms, what holiday watchlist would be complete without Bridget Jones’s Diary. Watch an unlucky-in-love Renee Zellweger chase after her love interest sans pants.

My personal favorite holiday flick is A Christmas Story. Despite being set in the 1940s, the film feels fresh and new every season. I triple dog dare you to watch this one. Hopefully, no one’s tongue gets stuck to a pole!

In the past few years, Netflix has been beefing up its roster of holiday originals. This year is no different with their early release of Let It Snow. It is a very cute movie, featuring a lot of different characters with unique perspectives.

The holidays aren’t complete without reliving How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Instead of watching the Jim Carrey version, try the animated Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch. This furry fiend is sure to make you laugh.

Disney +

Disney + has entered into the game of making original holiday films for their new platform. Their new film Noelle stars Anna Kendrick and Bill Hader as Santa Claus’s magical kids in this holiday twist.

There are so many versions of A Christmas Carol, but the best one to watch with your family is A Muppet Christmas Carol. How could you resist a singing Kermit as Bob Cratchit?

Tim Allen in The Santa Clause is a 90s delight. Who wouldn’t want their dad to be Santa?! If you’re a Millennial, do yourself a favor and rewatch this movie right now.
