The House of Flowers’ de la Mora family left us with many questions last season. Where did Virginia go? What other secrets were told in the suicide letter? Did Julián ruin the family’s future? What happened with El Cacas?
Well, we might have to wait ‘till the summer to get some answers. What we do know is that the show and Paulina de la Mora, Cecilia Suarez, were nominated last week for best series for Premios Platino in May and all I have to say is, I’m so ha-pp-y for th-em.

Yes, Veronica Castro wasn’t very comfortable with her character smoking weed but thanks to her family, we saw Virginia take a break from all the craziness her dysfunctional, yet very close family, put her through throughout the season.
For those of you not familiar with the Netflix show, it’s a dark comedy about a wealthy family in Mexico that deals with suicide, divorce, cheating, transgender acceptance and a secret gay affair. Say whaaat? The show has been a phenomenon in Latin America. It left us all talking like Pa-u-li-na de la Mo-ra which led to the #PaulinadelaMoraChallenge. Did you do it?
