There’s a new superhero in town! And this time, it’s Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who has taken Congress by storm with her determined Democratic-Socialist ideals since she began her term this January.

AOC stars on the cover of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the Freshman Force, a new comic series produced by Devil’s Due Comics. With her signature hoop earrings and long hair, she dons her white pantsuit on the front cover, ready to crush all things politics. The comic series is set to feature AOC and other newcomers in Washington which NBC news calls, “the most diverse group of freshman members of Congress in history.”

“It’s no secret that AOC has become the unofficial leader of the new school and has sparked life back into Washington, and that’s reflected in the enthusiasm on display by the men and women contributing to this project,” says publisher Josh Blaylock in Devil’s Due Comic’s press release.

“While we all don’t agree on everything, we share a common excitement for the breath of fresh air the new Congress brings,” he continues. “I hope this is as much a cathartic release for readers as it has been for us creators.”

The coolest part about these new comics? A portion of sales will be donated to the United Services Organization and RaiseTexas.org to help provide legal services to immigrants and refugees. Super(hero) cool, right?
