New York is one of the most diverse cities in the world. But when it comes to Bolivian food, it’s scarce in the Big Apple, and the one place selling salteñas isn’t made at a fancy restaurant: it’s sold in an underground vendor called Llama Party, located right in the heart of the Columbus Circle subway station.
