Today’s Inspiration: Be Proud of the Little Things

Getting plenty of sleep, waking up on time, brushing your teeth, and drinking water all seem like mundane accomplishments not worth recognizing. But listen, if you’ve already managed to do all of this today, please do yourself a favor by patting yourself on the back.

Maintaining a proper routine is evidence of you doing an excellent job of taking care of yourself. Ask yourself: without your daily normal, where would you be? Never forget that such little things always matter. Your physically and mental health is your number one priority.
